Notice of Motion to Ashfield Council

Leslie S Andrews Funeral Directors has been operating from the Ashfield CBD area since 1930. However in 2003, traffic access to this business was greatly hampered with the closure of Markham Lane that connected Liverpool Road and Cavill Lane. Unfortunately this business complains many prospective customers find it difficult to gain access to the business.
Taking into account the council’s 2003 closure of Markham Lane, I would like to propose that appropriate signage be set up by council to overcome the inconveniences brought about by the road closures.
